As a System Analyst, you will be the bridge between our business needs and technical solutions. You’ll analyze, design, and implement systems that enhance TeamFlow’s core services, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient experience for our clients. This role requires technical skills, analytical thinking, and a focus on improving user experience.

• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify system requirements for product development.

• System Design and Analysis: Evaluate and design systems that align with business goals, optimizing for performance, reliability, and user experience.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop reports and conduct data analysis to support decision-making and drive system enhancements.

• Collaboration with Development: Collaborate with the development team to communicate requirements and ensure alignment throughout the development process.

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee and perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in system analysis, preferably within fintech or SaaS environments.

• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for data analysis and requirements gathering.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, and system documentation.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear understanding across teams.

• Remote-First Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
